10年以上の降圧薬の使用は、調整後ハザード比、結腸直腸癌（multivariable HR: 1.18, 95% CI: 1.01-1.37 in the >10 y use group; P for trend = .033）、腎癌（multivariable HR: 3.76, 95% CI: 2.32-6.10 in the 5-10 y use group; multivariable HR: 2.14, 95% CI: 1.29-3.56 in the >10 y use group; P for trend < .001）のハザード比の上昇と有意に関連を認めました。メディカルトリビューンでも記事になっていました。
