2021/5/4、心房細動、認知機能、生活の質に与える影響について、経口抗凝固療法、左心耳閉鎖術を比較した研究「Impact of Oral Anticoagulation Therapy Versus Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion on Cognitive Function and Quality of Life in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation」の結果が発表されました。手技後のモントリオール認知評価スコアは、左心耳閉鎖術、心房細動アブレーション後と比較、経口抗凝固薬群において有意な低下を認めました。生活の質においては群間差を認めませんでした。
