2021/6/1、薬剤漏出性ステント3種類、複雑経皮的冠動脈形成術後、1年転帰について調べた研究「One-year outcomes of patients undergoing complex percutaneous coronary intervention with three contemporary drug-eluting stents」の結果が発表されました。コバルトクロム耐久性エベロリムス溶出性ステント、プラチナクロム耐久性エベロリムス溶出性ステント、 プラチナクロム生体吸収性エベロリムス溶出性ステント 、1年後、主要有害心血管事象、確定または疑いのステント血栓症の発生率を比較しました。結果、複雑経皮的冠動脈形成術後、患者背景によって差を認めませんでした。さらなる多施設無作為化試験が必要です。
