2021/3/2、心不全、経カテーテル僧帽弁形成術の3年転帰を調べた研究「3-Year Outcomes of Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair in Patients With Heart Failure」の結果が発表されました。ガイドライン遵守薬物療法にも関わらず症候性、心不全、中程度から重度の二次性僧帽弁閉鎖不全症、経カテーテル僧帽弁形成術は安全で、36ヶ月後、ガイドライン遵守薬物療法と比べて、僧帽弁閉鎖不全症の症状を減少、心不全入院率を減少、生存、生活の質を改善、機能キャパシティを改善しました。
