2021/6/1、院外心停止に対する体外循環式心肺蘇生法の院外搬送の無作為化試験「Extracorporeal Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Refractory Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest (EROCA): Results of a Randomized Feasibility Trial of Expedited Out-of-Hospital Transport」の結果が発表されました。難治性院外心停止の体外循環式心肺蘇生試験において院外心停止に対する救急外来まで輸送中の体外循環式心肺蘇生の開始は事前定義有効性評価項目を達成しませんでした。911要請から救急外来到着までの間隔、選択の最適化、救急外来到着から体外循環式心肺蘇生までの時間の改善のためにはさらなる研究が必要です。
