2021/8/1、冠動脈ステント内再狭窄、新生内膜、治療モダリティ、光断層撮影所見と臨床転帰について調べた研究「Clinical outcomes by optical characteristics of neointima and treatment modality in patients with coronary in-stent restenosis」の結果が発表されました。薬剤コーテッドバルーン、薬剤溶出性ステント、ステント内再狭窄の治療において、主要有害心血管事象、標的病変血行再建において、高い異質性、低い異質性の群間において有意差を認めませんでした。
