2021/9/25、心血管疾患の一次予防としてアスピリンの有無について調べた研究「Fixed-dose combination therapies with and without aspirin for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease: an individual participant data meta-analysis」の結果が発表されました。規定用量合剤の投与戦略は心血管疾患の一次予防においてその後の心血管疾患、心筋梗塞、脳卒中、再血行再建、心血管死を減少しました。有益性は心臓、代謝危険因子によらずに一貫していました。
