2021/3/17、急性冠症候群の石灰化責任病変の3つのサブタイプにおいて、光干渉断層撮影の所見を比較した研究「Comparison of post-stent optical coherence tomography findings among three subtypes of calcified culprit plaques in patients with acute coronary syndrome」の結果が発表されました。責任石灰化結節はステントエッジ解離、不完全ステント圧着の高い発生率と関連を認めましたが、表面的な石灰化層は最小ステント領域の小ささ、周術期心筋梗塞の高さと関連を認めました。
